Warranty Policy

• Product warranty varies from 0 days to 10 years warranty please check your product document at the time of order or your warranty card.
• The warranty will not be valid until full payment has been realized to Asense.
• Plywood used by Asense comes with a 5 year warranty against borer or termite attack on the plywood when used under regular conditions. Any other issues won’t be accepted for warranty of this product.

The warranty for other materials varies depends on the product.

Terms & conditions of warranty

1. The warranty is applicable only to modular furniture made and installed by Asense which specifically carries the warranty.
2. A valid proof of purchase ( invoice) or warranty card must be shown to avail the warranty. Upon approval of warranty claim.
3. the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchased. Due to material and finish variation, the replaced product may not be an exact replica of the installed product and there may be some variation due to batch differences in laminate, veneer or any other used material.
4. In the event that repair work has been done to a product without any authorization from Asense, the product's warranty coverage is automatically void.
5. All warrantied products will carry a warranty card from the manufacturer. The warranty applies only to such specific parts of the product and not to the whole assembled product.
6. Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable, and only benefit the original purchasers of the product.

This warranty is not applicable

• To products or furniture that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, altered, misused, or cleaned with wrong methods of cleaning or cleaning products or material.
• Unusual wear and tear, scratches, cuts or damage caused by impacts or accidents or by abnormal or unintended use of the product or furniture.
• If products have been placed in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes or outdoors (unless otherwise stated). To consequential or incidental damages.
• The warranty is not absolute and is applicable only on modular woodwork.
• Our quality control team's decision on warranty validity or damage is final and binding on the purchaser.
• Hardware materials like Normal Hinz, Channel, Screw, Lights, Quartz, Granite, False Ceiling, Fixing work, Paint, Glass, Mirror, Bathroom Slider, Electrical work doesn’t come under any kind of warranty.
• Fading of the color shade.
• Nearby areas of furniture areas, growth of fungus and algae on wall surfaces (spread over a minimum area of 10 sq. feet).
• Physical damage to the surface with an external force or entity.
• Electrical short circuit/ tripping.
• Loose contacts in the plugs/ switches.
• Issues in the power input source.
• Inappropriate usage of the electrical points and appliances.
• Pluming- Improper quality of water supply to the property.
• Plumbing failures due to physical damage or mishandling.
• Plumbing works been repaired by any other representative other than the company representative.
• Surface with contaminants.
• Natural calamities such as earthquakes, cyclones.
• Vandalism.
• Abuse or negligence by the customer.
• Any other external factors.
• Any labor, installation, or transportation costs or any responsibility for damage that Asense considers as natural wear and tear of finishes and surfaces.
• Normal incidental deterioration like nicks, cuts, scratches, and abrasions which are resulting from normal use during the standard life of the product.
• Asense will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of defects due to material or workmanship of products not listed under claim terms.

Asense reserves the right to alter specifications in keeping with its policy of continuous product evaluation and improvement.

After Sales Service Warranty

• This service will be only provided if there is any issues from the manufacturing unit.
• Glass/Mirror/Handle/Rusting issues etc. doesn’t come under this service.
• If anything damaged while using the furniture doesn’t comes under this services.
• Service charges of Rs. 800/- will be applicable for one time visit from Asense team.
